Biography
Started singing at age 3 with her dad. Joined her first band "Southern Comfort" when she was about 14 playing keyboard and singing and played with Hypoint until she graduated high school. Next was The NightSpots and Alibi.
After that she joined AMARILLA and started touring for the first time all across NC, Va, WV, and as far as South Dakota and Wyoming and all points in between. She recorded some duets with their male vocalist-Barry Hitt in 1987 on Charta Records in Nashville TN. One of those songs "Nobody Loves Anybody" made its DEBUT at # 87 on the CASH BOX Top 100 Country Singles Chart in February 1988. They were invited as artists at FAN FAIR 88 in Nashville. AMARILLA made some member changes and eventually called it quits in 1989.
After a break she started playing local again. She was invited to be a contestant on the Nashville Network Show "BE A STAR" in April of 1993.
She was asked to join BRASSTOWN BALL in 1991 which is now known as BRASSTYME and has been there over 16 years.
Teaming up with Keith Houston-KHP Music in 2004 for her first single recording "Walking After Midnight" which led to several more such as:
